Before Your Order Ships
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- The correct complete address (including apartment/unit number if applicable)
We'll update it and confirm the change.
After Your Order Ships
Once shipped, we cannot change the address in the carrier's system. Here's what to do:
Option 1: Contact USPS Directly
Since we ship via USPS, you may be able to:
- Request a package intercept through USPS
- Set up informed delivery to redirect the package
- Visit usps.com with your tracking number for options
Option 2: Wait for Return to Sender
If the address is undeliverable, USPS will return the package to us. Once we receive it, contact us to arrange reshipment to the correct address.
Tips to Avoid Address Errors
- Double-check your address at checkout, especially:
- Apartment/unit numbers
- ZIP codes
- Street spelling
- Use the address exactly as it appears on mail you currently receive
International orders: Address changes are more difficult once shipped internationally. Please verify your address carefully before completing checkout.
