My Package Was Delivered to the Wrong Address

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but to an unfamiliar location, here's what to do:

Step 1: Verify Your Shipping Address

Check your order confirmation email. Make sure the address you entered matches where you expected delivery.

  • If YOU entered the wrong address: The package went where it was sent. Contact us immediately—if it hasn't shipped yet, we can correct it. If already delivered, we may be able to help coordinate a solution.
  • If YOUR address was correct: Continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Check Tracking Details

Look at your tracking information on USPS.com. Sometimes the displayed city or zip code differs slightly but the package was still delivered to you. Check your property thoroughly.


Step 3: Talk to Your Neighbors

The package may have been left at a neighbor's address by mistake. Ask nearby neighbors if they received a package that wasn't theirs.


Step 4: Contact Your Local Post Office

Call or visit your local USPS branch with your tracking number. They can:

  • Review the carrier's delivery scan location
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Potentially recover the misdelivered package

Step 5: Contact Us

If you've confirmed your address was correct and USPS misdelivered your package, reach out to us with your order number. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost when USPS delivery errors occur.
