My Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Didn't Receive My Package

Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered slightly before the actual delivery. Before taking action:

  • ✓ Check your front porch, back door, and side entrances
  • ✓ Look in bushes, behind planters, or inside screen doors
  • ✓ Check your mailbox (small items ship in envelopes)
  • ✓ Ask household members if they brought it inside
  • ✓ Check with neighbors who may have received it by mistake

Step 2: Verify the Delivery Address

Check your order confirmation email to make sure the shipping address was entered correctly.


Step 3: Contact Your Local Post Office

If 24 hours have passed and you still can't find your package:

  1. Visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number
  2. Note the delivery details (date, time, location)
  3. Call or visit your local post office with this information
  4. Request the carrier check their records or GPS scan location
