When your tracking shows "Available for Pickup", it means USPS couldn't complete delivery and is holding your package at your local post office.
Common Reasons This Happens:
- No secure location to leave the package
- Mailbox was full
- Address requires a signature
- Delivery attempt was unsuccessful
How to Pick Up Your Package
Step 1: Check your tracking information at USPS.com. It will show:
- Which post office has your package
- The post office address and hours
- The deadline to pick it up (usually 7-15 days)
Step 2: Visit that post office with:
- ✓ A valid government-issued photo ID
- ✓ Your tracking number (on your phone is fine)
Step 3: Go to the counter and request your package. The clerk will retrieve it from the back.
⚠️ Important: Don't Miss the Deadline
If you don't pick up your package before the deadline, USPS will return it to us. If this happens, contact us and we can arrange to reship your order (additional shipping may apply).
