How Do I Cancel My Order?

We understand plans change! Here's what you need to know about cancelling your order.

Before Your Order Ships

If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number—the sooner we know, the better chance we have of catching it before it leaves our facility.

After Your Order Ships

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you have two options:

  1. Refuse delivery – If you haven't received the package yet, you can refuse it when it arrives and it will be returned to us
  2. Return the item – Once received, you can return the unused item within 30 days

How to Request a Cancellation

Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Brief reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

We process cancellation requests as quickly as possible. Refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Tip: Orders placed after business hours or on weekends have a better chance of being cancelled since they won't ship until the next business day.
