If you accidentally used the wrong payment method, here are your options.
Before Your Order Ships
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can:
- Cancel the order – We'll refund the original payment method, and you can place a new order with your preferred payment
- Keep the order – If you're okay with the payment going through as-is, no action needed
Note: We cannot transfer a charge from one card to another. The only solution is to cancel and reorder.
After Your Order Ships
Once shipped, the payment is finalized. However:
- Your refund (if you return the item) will go back to the original payment method used
- If that card is closed or expired, most banks will still process the refund or issue a check
Common Situations

Contact us with your order number and let us know you need to cancel due to a payment issue. Once cancelled and refunded, place your new order with the correct payment method.
