I Ordered the Wrong Product by Mistake

It happens! Here's how to fix it quickly.

If Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet

This is the fastest solution:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Let us know you ordered the wrong product
  3. We'll cancel and refund your order
  4. Place a new order for the correct product

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

You can return the item within 30 days:

Requirements:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Product cannot be installed or damaged
  • Include a copy of your invoice

Return Process:

  1. Visit our Return Policy page to submit a return request
  2. Receive your Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the item back with the RMA clearly marked
  4. Refund issued once we receive and inspect the return

Note: When you order the wrong item (not a fitment issue), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
