If Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet
This is the fastest solution:
- Contact us with your order number
- Let us know you ordered the wrong product
- We'll cancel and refund your order
- Place a new order for the correct product
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
You can return the item within 30 days:
Requirements:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Product cannot be installed or damaged
- Include a copy of your invoice
Return Process:
- Visit our Return Policy page to submit a return request
- Receive your Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back with the RMA clearly marked
- Refund issued once we receive and inspect the return
Note: When you order the wrong item (not a fitment issue), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
