We understand how frustrating this can be. Here's what to do if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
Step 1: Check These Common Locations
- Front porch, back door, or side entrance
- Mailbox (our packages often fit in standard mailboxes)
- Inside a screen door or behind planters
- With a neighbor who may have accepted it
- Apartment office or mail room (for multi-unit buildings)
- Garage or other secure location you may have specified
Step 2: Wait 24 Hours
Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered when they're actually still on the truck for delivery later that day or the following day. Wait 24 hours to see if the package arrives.
Step 3: Check with Household Members
Ask family members, roommates, or anyone else at your address if they may have brought the package inside.
Step 4: Contact Your Local Post Office
Call or visit your local USPS post office with your tracking number. They can:
- Verify the GPS location where the package was scanned as delivered
- Check if the package was misdelivered to a nearby address
- Speak with the carrier who made the delivery
