How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

To Track Your Package:

1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation from Duluth Cycle
2. Copy your tracking number from the email
3. Visit USPS.com/track or use the USPS mobile app
4. Enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery updates

Tracking Tips:

• Tracking may take 12-24 hours to show initial movement after you receive the confirmation email
• USPS updates tracking at each scan point along the delivery route
• Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery for automatic notifications

Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout
• Contact us at help@duluthcycle.com with your order number, and we'll resend your tracking information
