Why Is My Order Taking Longer Than Expected?

If your order is taking longer than our estimated 3-5 business day delivery window, several factors could be at play:

Reason Explanation
Processing Time Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. The delivery estimate starts after your order ships.
Weekends & Holidays Business days don't include weekends or federal holidays. An order placed Friday may not ship until Monday.
Weather Events Severe weather can disrupt USPS delivery routes and cause regional delays.
High Volume Periods During holidays (November-December especially), USPS experiences higher volume that can slow delivery.
Incorrect Address Address errors can cause packages to be rerouted or returned, adding several days.

  1. Locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Track your package at USPS.com/track
  3. Review the scan history to see where your package is in transit

What the Tracking Statuses Mean:

Status Meaning
Pre-Shipment Label created; package not yet with USPS
In Transit Package is moving through the USPS network
Out for Delivery On the truck for delivery today
Delivered Package has been delivered
