  1. Inspection – We verify the item meets return conditions (original condition, not damaged or previously installed)
  2. Refund issued – We process the refund to your original payment method
  3. Funds appear – Your bank or credit card company posts the credit to your account

After we issue your refund, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
