Returning an item to Duluth Cycle is simple. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Before starting your return, make sure:
- ✅ Item is within 30 days of purchase
- ✅ Product is in original condition
- ✅ Item is not damaged or previously installed
- ✅ You have a copy of your invoice to include
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Visit our Return Policy page and fill out the return request form with:
- Your name and email
- Order number
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
We'll review your request and email you a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for processing your return.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address provided with your RMA
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking so you can confirm delivery.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.
