Option 1: Return & Reorder (Fastest)

For the quickest exchange:

  1. Submit a return request through our Return Policy page form
  2. Receive your RMA number (Return Goods Authorization)
  3. Ship the original item back with the RMA number clearly marked
  4. Place a new order on duluthcycle.com for the item you want

This method ensures you get your new item as fast as possible without waiting for us to receive your return first.

Option 2: Direct Exchange

Prefer to do a direct swap? Submit a return request through our Return Policy page and include in the message:

  • Your original order number
  • The item you're returning
  • The item you'd like instead

We'll coordinate the exchange and let you know if there's any price difference to pay or refund.
