If You Have Your Receipt or Order Confirmation
This makes the warranty process fastest! Simply include:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Email used for the order
Your order confirmation email works just as well as a receipt.
If You Don't Have Your Receipt
Don't worry – we keep records of all purchases. We can often locate your order using:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your name and approximate purchase date
- PayPal transaction ID (if applicable)
- eBay order number (for eBay purchases)
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
If you purchased your Duluth Cycle product from an authorized retailer (such as eBay), any proof of that purchase will help verify warranty eligibility.
