  2. Contact us with the following information:

    • The specific part that's missing
    • Your shipping address (to confirm)
  3. We'll ship the missing part – Replacement parts are typically shipped within 1 business day at no additional charge.

We aim to respond within 24 hours and ship replacement parts the same or next business day.

You do not need to return anything. Simply let us know what's missing and we'll send it right out.
