How Do I Return an Item?

Returning an item is simple and takes just three steps.

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Visit our Return Policy page and complete the return request form. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

After submitting your request, you'll receive a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number via email. This number is required for all returns.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original condition and include:

• A copy of your invoice
• The RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA confirmation.

Important Reminders

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unused and uninstalled
• Do not ship returns without an RMA number—unauthorized returns may be refused
